DERC Recruitment 2014 invites applications for the recruitment of candidates for the post of Joint Director, Principal Private Secretary, Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant in New Delhi on contract/deputation basis. In the event of non-availability of suitable and eligible candidates for appointment on deputation, the posts for the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission will be filled on contractual basis. However, the preferred mode of appointment is Deputation. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online through the official website (www.derc.gov.in) on or before 25th May 2014. Additionally, the last date for the receipt of the hard copy of the online application is 2nd June 2014. There is no application fees for applying for the DERC Recruitment 2014.
After successful submission of the online application form for the DERC Recruitment 2014, candidates have to take a printout of the application form, attach self-attested copies of relevant educational or other qualifications as mentioned in the form, sign in the appropriate areas, attach a recent passport size photograph and send it to: The Secretary, Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission, Viniyamak Bhavan, C-Block, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017 latest by 2nd June. Incomplete applications or applications other than the prescribed format will be not be considered. The envelope containing the application must state the name of the post applied for.
Only those candidates who possess a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree from a recognized Institution, who is well acquainted with computers and proficient in shorthand & typing, etc. as per the posts mentioned in the DERC Recruitment 2014 can apply for the above mentioned posts.
Joint Director-(Tariff Engineering): Rs 37400- Rs 67000 with GP Rs 8700.
Principal Private Secretary: Rs 15600- Rs 39100 with GP Rs 6600.
Executive Assistant: Rs 9300- Rs 34800 with GP Rs 4200.
Personal Assistant: Rs 9300- Rs 34800 with GP Rs 4200.
