Pune Police Service, Government of  Maharashtra has announced recruitment for the post of constable for Pune city on 29th April 2014. Pune police department works on the rule of 3S, i.e. safety, security and satisfaction of Pune citizens. Pune Police department works hard to achieve their goal of 3S. Candidates interested to work for police department are invited to fill up online application for the constable post. The total no of vacancies is 1316. Eligibility Criteria for Constable Recruitment :

To apply for the constable post,the candidate should not be less then 18 years of age and more then 25 years of age. Age relaxation is applicable as per the government law.The minimum qualification required for the post is Matriculation or equivalent from recognized board of education.

Application fee : Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 125 via CSC Method.

Selection will be purely based on the performance in physical efficiency and medical test.
